HOW I WEAR MY TWO24s: Christopher Jue

Welcome to our “How I Wear My Two24’s” profile series. In the name of sartorial inspiration, we’re rounding up Two24 enthusiasts who have curated their own style incorporating a pair of Two24s. After all, there are countless ways to express individuality and personal style—especially when you start feet first.

SPOTLIGHT ON: CHRISTOPHER JUE, TWO24 PRODUCT MANAGER

A Bay Area native, Christopher continues to appreciate and enjoy the incredible diversity in people and experiences it has to offer with his family. If not out encouraging his daughter’s passions for Capoeira, performance arts and animal care, you can be sure to find him doing CrossFit or appreciating time spent with great friends.

INFLUENCED BY:

My dad has always been super stylish, and greatly influenced my eye and confidence to stray from convention or expectation, when it comes to fashion.

SIGNATURE STYLE:

“Non-offensive dad of a 9YO girl” style. I tend to gravitate to simple styles with unique details. Brand is not as important, as fit. Know what you are paying for…brand, quality, occasion, look, popularity or any combination of these.

TWO24 PICK:

I’m a boot guy, but have, like most people, developed an affinity for athletic inspired footwear as the acceptance for it as any occasion appropriate has grown. So the Uptown offers the perfect combination, and specifically the Ivory nubuck. Being built on a Vibram wedge outsole, adds the casual aspect, and the brick color gives it just enough of an edge to be noteworthy.

FOOTWEAR MUST-HAVES:

Look, purpose and fit.

They should give you confidence, but that goes for anything you are willing to present as something you “like” and represents who you are. The fit, style, color, performance and expression all determine how you feel, and consequently, how others interact with you in them.
